  • 1 lb

    Toulouse sausage meat
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    Selection sliced black olives
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    minced chives
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    minced basil
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)
    grated Selection cheddar cheese

Preparation

Stack the pancakes on a plate.
