Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Place cones in muffin tin, open side up.
Beat cake mix, eggs, water, oil and butter together for 5 min. with mixer on medium-high setting.
Fill cones 2/3 full with batter. Bake 12-15 min. until cake is done and rises over cone tops, looking like a scoop of ice cream.
Decorate with icing and sweets
