Preheat oven at 350° F (180°C).
In a frying pan, heat butter and oil and sauté green onion. Add diced potato and sauté until golden.
Arrange potato mixture in an 11 in. x 7 in. (28 cm x 17 cm) rectangular baking pan.
In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in parsley and season to taste. Pour over potato mixture. Arrange Raclette slices over egg mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
Cut into portions and serve.
