Brush top of 1 Irresistibles Thin Crust Crustino Flatbread with a little Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Stir together 2 cups (500 mL) chopped, seeded tomatoes, 2 tbsp (25 mL) slivered fresh basil, 1 tbsp (15 mL) Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 minced garlic clove.

Spread over flatbread.
