Brush top of 1 Irresistibles Thin Crust Crustino Flatbread with a little Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil.Stir together 2 cups (500 mL) chopped, seeded tomatoes, 2 tbsp (25 mL) slivered fresh basil, 1 tbsp (15 mL) Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 minced garlic clove.Spread over flatbread.Top with thinly sliced Salami and sliced bocconcini cheese.Bake in a 425° F (220° C) oven for 10 minutes.

Brush top of 1 Irresistibles Thin Crust Crustino Flatbread with a little Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
