Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice potatoes 1/4 in. (6 mm) thick. Pat dry with paper towels and lay out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix Cheddar, Parmesan, ham and green onions together. Spread over potatoes. Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve. Suggestion: Serves: 4 Accompaniment:

Preparation
