Preheat the BBQ on medium high.In a large bowl, combine the turkey, breadcrumbs, olives, eggs, salt, and pepper.Shape the mixture into eight patties.Press your thumb down in the middle of the patty to create a hole. Put some cheese in this hole and then seal it with meat. Repeat with the other patties.Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 80 °C (175 °F).Grill the buns. Preparation
