Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out flesh with a spoon.
In a pan, heat oil and add chopped flesh, onions, garlic and fresh basil. Cook 5 minutes or until the vegetables soften, stirring constantly.
In a bowl, combine chopped cooked vegetables and cheese.
Put zucchinis shells in an oiled casserole and stuff with vegetables-cheese filling.
Bake 40 minutes or until filling is golden brown.
These dry wines and ciders have a nose of fruit and flower aromas while having a rich taste on the palate. They get a pleasant liveliness from their acidity.
