Tear salad into pieces and place in centre of plate. Place 5 cherry tomatoes around the salad. Use a fork to cut the bocconcini cheese ball into 4 pieces and place randomly over the salad. Prepare dressing by mixing oil, syrup, vinegar, salt and pepper, using a fork. Pour dressing on the salad. Top the salad with alfalfa and last cherry tomato.
