In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together. Set aside.In a skillet, brown chicken breasts in hot oil about 6-7 min. per side. Cut into strips and keep warm.In the same skillet, brown onion 1 min. Add tomatoes, capers and olives and sauté just until tomatoes are slightly soft.Divide garden salad among 4 plates.
