In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together. Set aside. In a skillet, brown chicken breasts in hot oil about 6-7 min. per side. Cut into strips and keep warm. In the same skillet, brown onion 1 min. Add tomatoes, capers and olives and sauté just until tomatoes are slightly soft. Divide garden salad among 4 plates. Place chicken strips on salad, cover with cooked tomatoes and drizzle with dressing.
