Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. On a sheet of oiled aluminium foil, place chicken wings. In a glass bowl, mix olive oil and cider vinegar together. Baste wings with the sauce. Barbecue wings 5 to 7 minutes, turning them frequently. In a glass bowl, mix all hot salsa ingredients together and serve with wings.
