Split chicken lengthways almost entirely and spread apart. Place butterflied chicken in dish. Pour dressing over chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat or the oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove chicken from dressing and drain well. Place chicken on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil or in in pan. Mix orange glaze ingredients in a bowl. Set some aside. Baste chicken with orange glaze, cover and cook on barbecue or cook in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until the temperature reads 185°F (85°C) or the legs come apart. Baste frequently with reserved marinade during cooking.

Preparation
