In a pan, gently combine raspberries, lemon juice and water. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Strain the juice from the fruit.
Add sugar, flour and cold water to the juice.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add the fruit.
Cool and serve in chilled bowls garnished with a swirl of cream.
