Cut avocados in two lengthways and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh out of the avocados. Keep the scooped-out shells. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chilli sauce and pastis. Mix in crab, avocado and fennel. Stuff avocado shells with this mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and keep refrigerated.

Preparation

Cut avocados in two lengthways and remove the pits.
