In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Brown shallots with dry mustard 2 minutes. Add cranberries, sugar and boiling water. Cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes. Add juice and zest of clementines. Continue cooking 5 minutes, medium heat. You may add the orange liqueur with the clementines.
