In a deep pot, heat butter and oil.Add celery, onion and sesame seeds; cook over low heat 10 minutes.Add flour; cook 2 minutes.Remove from heat; gradually stir in the milk and broth.Bring to a boil; simmer 30 minutes.Season to taste, remove from heat and cool.Liquefy in the blender or food processor.Reheat over low heat and serve.
