Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a thick bottom skillet. Brown the pork cubes, garlic and pancetta 3 to 4 min. Add the tomatoes and wine; cover and let simmer over low heat 30 min. Fold in the onion and summer squash and let simmer uncovered another 30 min. Season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Serve on fresh pasta.

Preparation
