Preheat the oven to 425(f) degrees. Grease & flour 4 5oz ramekins.
In a saucepan over low heat melt together the butter & dulche de leche. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a medium mixing bowl using electric hand beaters, beat together the eggs, egg yolks & vanilla until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add the dulche de leche mixture followed by the flour & salt. Mix until batter comes together.
Evenly divide batter amongst the prepared ramekins. Bake until the edges have set but the center is still jiggly, about 12 minutes.
Let rest for 2 minutes before removing from ramekin & transferring to a serving dish. Dust with powdered sugar. Top with a scoop of ice cream, fresh raspberries & sprinkles. Serve immediately.
