In a large pot, heat the oil and butter over medium high heat.Sweat the onion and endives until they soften but do not brown. Add in the flour and stir.Add the broth and season. Simmer for 10 minutes.In a blender or food processor, purée the soup. Add the cream and correct the seasoning.Serve with a drizzle of walnut oil on top.
