Preheat oven to 325°F.In a large bowl, whisk fairlife® ultrafiltered milk, yolks, maple syrup, orange juice, zest, and cinnamon. Place 6 x (1/2 cup - 125 ml) portioned ramekins into a baking dish. Pour mixture evenly into each ramekin.Place dish into oven and fill baking dish with boiling water to reach halfway up sides of ramekins. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove ramekins and chill to set for at least 2 hours.Just before serving, sprinkle about 1 tsp (5 ml) of sugar over each ramekin. Melt sugar with a culinary torch until deep golden.Garnish with orange zest and mint if desired. Serve immediately.
