Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.Add pasta to boiling water.Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat.Add carrots, zucchini and mushrooms.Cook stirring frequently until very soft, about 5 minutes.Add Kraft Riserva Marinara pasta sauce. Stir to combine.Heat sauce, keeping warm while pasta cooks.Drain pasta.Serve pasta with sauce, spooned over top and parmesan, if you like.Leftover sauce can be refrigerated for a couple of days, or frozen.
