Put a microwave rack or inverted plate in a 30 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm (12" x 8" x 2") pyrex dish. Lay fish filets on the rack or plate, the thicker sides to the outside of the dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter or margarine in a measuring cup; add parsley and lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the sauce over the filets then cover with crushed crackers and paprika.
Cook at high (100% of a 650 watt oven) 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
Top with sesame seeds.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
These dry, more delicate wines stand out with their pale colour, simple fruit aromas, and the sensation of freshness their acidity brings forth.
