    white flesh fish fillets

    fresh lemons thinly sliced
  • basting mix:

    cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    salted herbs
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)
    ground coriander

  • white pepper to taste

Preparation
