Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. Lay fillets in a buttered baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper, cover with sauce and bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until flesh is opaque. Cover with foil for the final 5 minutes of cooking time. Serve.
