In a bowl, combine water, yeast and olive oil. Sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour and salt and mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough is homogeneous.
Oil a rectangular pan, pour the dough into the pan and cover with a clean, damp cloth.
Sit in the oven for at least 2h. Remove pan from oven.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Once the dough has doubled in size, drizzle with olive oil and olive oil and garnish the focaccia with halved strawberries and crumbled feta cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting it.
