Remove crusts from bread, if desired. Spread Cream Cheese evenly on half the bread slices; top with remaining slices.Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla and pour mixture into a shallow dish. Dip each sandwich in egg mixture, turning over to cover evenly.Heat a bit of butter in non-stick frying pan and fry sandwiches over medium-low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 minutesutes per side or until golden brown.     canadian strawberry cream cheese

    milk
  • 1 tsp.

  • butter to taste

  • icing sugar to taste
  • 2 cups

    mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

  • Maple syrup to taste
