In a mixing bowl, blend the milk, eggs and nutmeg. Dip the slices of Raisin Bread in the egg mixture. Using a non-stick fry pan, cook over medium heat in a little butter. Remove when golden brown. Serve hot with maple syrup and fruit slices.

Preparation
