Spread Cream Cheese evenly on 4 slices of bread. Spread jam over cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread.Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla and pour mixture into a shallow dish just large enough to hold the 4 sandwiches. Place sandwiches in dish, turning over to cover evenly.Heat oil in non-stick frying pan and fry sandwiches over medium-low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Sprinkle with icing sugar, cut and serve.
