Make a “bowl” out of parchment paper, spray it with non-stick cooking spray, then cover with the bread slices. Sprinkle with the strawberries and almonds. Beat together the eggs and milk, then pour over the bread and let it soak in. Cover the “bowl” with aluminum foil, then place it close to the coals for 40 minutes. Move the “bowl” often so it cooks evenly.
