Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the mayonnaise until the mixture is smooth. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Put a little olive oil on an ovenware tray and place the skewers on it. Brush the salmon with olive oil.
Broil carefully about 3 to 4 minutes. Place on a serving dish decorated with slices of lime and serve with the mayonnaise.
