Soak the fruit in the concentrate; toss delicately. Sprinkle with the Splenda low-calorie sweetener. At serving time, pour the Zabaglione in the baskets, place the fruits. You can also coat with Zabaglione. Using a beater, mix the egg yolks in a double boiler. Add the Splenda low-calorie sweetener and beat again until light yellow and creamy. Pour the Marsala slowly and beat until smooth. Remove from the heat and serve immediately over the fresh fruit or refrigerate 12 to 24 hours and serve cold.
