Preheat oven to 350FIn a large bowl, stir together brownie mix, water, oil, egg and instant coffee (if using) until a thick batter is formed. Scrape mix into a parchment lined 8x8-inch baking pan; smooth into an even layer. Bake for 35-38 minutes.Let cool completely.Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine whipped topping, yogurt and drink mix until smooth. Keep chilled until ready to use.Cut or break brownie into 2-bite chunks. Arrange half the brownie chunks on the bottoms of 6 mason jars. 6 Top each with half of the whipped topping mix and sprinkle with half the berries.Repeat to make a second layer with remaining brownie chunks, whipped topping and berries.Garnish the tops with toasted almonds.     Betty Crocker chocolate chunk brownie mix

  • Water, vegetable oil, and egg as called for on brownie box
  • 2 teaspoons
    (10 ml)
    instant coffee (optional)
  • 3 cups
    (750 ml)
    mixed raspberries and blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons
    (45 ml)
    toasted sliced almonds

  • Cream layer:
  • 3 cups
    (750 ml)
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup
    (250 ml)
    Liberté 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup
