Preheat grill to medium-high.Cut the sausage into rounds.Peel and slice potatoes into quarters.Trim the green beans.Cut the corn into rounds.Mince the garlic.Cut the red onion into chunks.Toss the ingredients in a bowl and toss with spice mix(*), 1/2 the oil, salt and pepper.Cut two large pieces of foil and cover food side with olive oil. .Divide mixture into the centre of each foil piece and place 1/2 the butter on top of each.Fold and seal foil tightly so no air escapes.Place foil packets on preheated BBQ or grill pan for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.Carefully open the foil pack expecting steam to escape.Remove or serve in foil, garnished with fresh parsley, salt and pepper.Source: Missfresh.com
