In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, except boar.
Thread meat on skewers and marinate a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 5 hours. Drain.
Preheat barbecue to high.
Grill kebabs to desired degree of doneness (at least 158°F/70°C) or 3 min/side. Serves rare or medium.
Serve with tzatziki sauce, pita bread and Greek salad.
