In a frying pan, cook garlic, green onions in butter for 1 minute.
Season to taste with basil, oregano, salt, pepper and allspice.
Stir in olives and wine. Bring to boil and reduce to half.
Stir in thawed shrimp Remove from heat and gently stir in tomatoes and Feta.
Serve immediately over bed of capellini.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
These dry wines and ciders have a nose of fruit and flower aromas while having a rich taste on the palate. They get a pleasant liveliness from their acidity.
