Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
In a skillet, fry shallots and green peppercorns in butter and oil.
Add white wine and simmer for a few seconds, then add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat. Reserve part.
Place fillets in a wire grill basket and baste with remaining sauce.
Cook 3 minutes per side, basting with reserved sauce.
