Grilled Nutty Blue Cheese and Pork Sandwich https://www.metro.ca/userfiles/image/recipes/sandwich-grille-porc-pommes-noix-grenoble-bleu-6343.jpg PT20M PT06M PT26M
In the food processor, combine cream cheese and blue cheese. Add walnuts. Cut pork into very thin slices. Wash and quarter apple, then thinly slice quarters. Spread cheese mixture on a slice of bread, and top with some sliced pork, mesclun and finally apple. Close the sandwich with a buttered slice of bread. The butter helps make it stay in place. Preheat barbecue to medium or heat a little butter in a non-stick skillet. Barbecue method: melt a little butter on a sheet of foil, and grill sandwiches on one side. Flip and continue cooking until cheese begins to melt slightly. Skillet method: when butter is foamy, put sandwiches in. Lower heat to medium-low and grill until browned. Put some butter on ungrilled side, flip sandwiches and grill. Cut in 2 and serve immediately.
