Lightly butter the bread slices on each side.
Make two sandwiches using prosciutto and cheese slices.
Sprinkle with basil and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
Press firmly on each sandwich.
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat.
Grill each sandwich on both side until the cheese melts.
Cut the sandwiches diagonally and place on a serving dish. Garnish with olives and pickles.
