Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.Add clementines and cook 3 - 4 minutes.Add syrup and reduce heat to low.Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.Melt butter in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Sprinkle brown sugar into butter.Dip panettone in egg and milk mixture and cook about 4 minutes per side.Serve grilled panettone with warm clementines.
