Coarsely chop the shrimp and place in a large bowl. Add crab meat and the others ingredients and mix well, except onions pieces. Cover and refrigerate until needed. To serve hot, preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake on center rack for 15 minutes. Top each container of dip with equal amount of crispy fried onion pieces and continue to bake for 5-10 more minutes until dip is heated through. Serve immediately.
