Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a mixer, place the zucchini, potato, eggs and cream. Reduce to a purée.
Pour into a buttered 2 1/4 cups (600 mL) mould or into 4 individual ramekins of 5/8 cup (150 mL).
Cook in a water-bath for 30 minutes for the large dish or 10 to 15 minutes for the individual size servings.
Serve as a side dish.
