Preheat barbecue to medium.
In a skillet, brown garlic and pine nuts in hot oil for 1 min.
In a bowl, mix cooked garlic and pine nuts with basil, cheese, salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes cut-side down on the grill and cook 4-6 min.
Turn tomatoes over and spread with pine nut-cheese mixture on cut faces, divided evenly. Cook 3-5 min. more
