170 g SLICED OR CAPS
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Soak wood skewers in water 15 minutes.
In a bowl, whip yoghurt and remaining ingredients.
Alternate vegetables on skewers.
Brush vegetables with dressing.
Grill uncovered 5 to 10 minutes until vegetables soften.
Turn brochettes often.
