Preheat barbecue to medium.Soak wood skewers in water 15 minutes.In a bowl, whip yoghurt and remaining ingredients.Alternate vegetables on skewers.Brush vegetables with dressing.Grill uncovered 5 to 10 minutes until vegetables soften.Turn brochettes often.

  • pepper to taste

  • leek, cut diagonally

  • white mushrooms, cut in half
