Preheat barbecue to medium heat. In a rectangular glass dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Place fillets in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove salmon from marinade and drain well. Cook on a covered grill, 2 to 3 minutes per side should be sufficient. Frying pan: cook 4-5 minutes per side.
