In a bowl, mix all ingredients together, except for the oil.
Shape into 8 triangles about 1/2 in. (1 cm) thick.
In a skillet, heat oil to medium and brown triangles about 4-5 min per side.
Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli with slivered almonds.
