In a bowl, sift flower and baking powder together. Add beaten eggs, milk and salt, mixing until batter is smooth. Refrigerate 1-2 hrs. In a non-stick skillet, pour 1/4°° cup (60 mL) batter. Cook about 1 min. over medium heat. Turn and brown other side 30 sec. Repeat 10-12 times. Keep crêpes hot. In a skillet, heat oil and cook garlic, onion and mushrooms until brown. Add ham and spinach and cook 1 min. Stir in cheese and season to taste. Put some of this mixture on each crêpe and roll it up like a cigar.
