Preheat barbecue to medium.In a bowl, mix meat, egg, pine nuts, ginger, balsamic vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper together.Make 4 patties.Put patties on the grill and cook until insides show no pink, about 8 min.Meanwhile, toast the rolls on the barbecue.One minute before end of cooking time, put a slice of havarti on each patty.Put patties in rolls and dress burgers (lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard).

Preparation
