Preheat barbecue to medium.
In a bowl, mix meat, egg, pine nuts, ginger, balsamic vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper together.
Make 4 patties.
Put patties on the grill and cook until insides show no pink, about 8 min.
Meanwhile, toast the rolls on the barbecue.
One minute before end of cooking time, put a slice of havarti on each patty.
Put patties in rolls and dress burgers (lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard).
