Preheat the barbecue to medium.
Mix the ground turkey, cranberries, shallots and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Make 4 patties.
Put on the barbecue and grill for 14 to 18 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Turn frequently to prevent burning, close the lid after each turn.
Spread mayonnaise on each bun, garnish with a leaf of romaine lettuce, cranberry jelly and whole grain mustard then add the cooked patty.
