Preheat the barbecue to medium.Mix the ground turkey, cranberries, shallots and breadcrumbs in a bowl.Make 4 patties.Put on the barbecue and grill for 14 to 18 minutes.Add salt and pepper.Turn frequently to prevent burning, close the lid after each turn.Spread mayonnaise on each bun, garnish with a leaf of romaine lettuce, cranberry jelly and whole grain mustard then add the cooked patty.
