Cut each bun horizontally with 2/3 on the bottom and 1/3 on the top. Hollow out the bottom portion slightly in order to have enough room to layer ingredients.Spread interior of each bun and underside of each top with mayo/mustard mixture.Layer salad greens, meat, cheese, tomato, onion, red peppers, and olives in the bottom portion of each bun. Replace top of bun and serve immediately.
