Press dough into 8 moulds. Crust should be about 1/2 in. (1 cm) thick.In a bowl, make filling. Mix sugar, flour, salt and zest. Stir in banana, eggs, lemon juice and cream, until well blended.Spoon filling into each mould.Bake 15-18 minutes or until filling is firm.Cool 30 min. then turn out and cool completely. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
