Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a large bowl, beat all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Spray 8 individual 6-oz. (175-mL) moulds with cooking spray.
Divide mixture among the 8 moulds.
Put the moulds in a baking dish and add water to a height of 1 in. (2.5 cm).
Bake 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre of a custard comes out clean.
Remove moulds from baking dish and cool.
